In stock items usually ship within 3-6 days.

Custom and personalized products are made to order. Estimated production times are listed in the product description. Estimated shipping time does not include production/fulfillment time.

SHIPPING DELAYS

The Letterman Co are not responsible for shipping delays. We are unable to provide refunds or discounts for any delay due to shipping provider. A tracking number will be provided when you order is despatched which can be used to track your shipment.

OUT OF STOCK

In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and ship it as soon as it arrives back in stock or offer you a refund.

Please note estimated shipping time does not include production/fulfillment times. Estimated production times for custom and personalized products are listed in the product description. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.


We ship to all 50 states; Washington, DC; U.S. P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. The shipping methods offered during checkout may differ based on your shipping address and items selected.

Please check your shipping address. The Letterman Co will not be responsible for lost or misdirected packages due to incorrect addresses.

Shipping rates
We offer free shipping on orders over $75*. Shipping rates will be calculated at check out.

Standard shipping orders* will usually ship USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail or UPS dependent on weight & size. Expedited shipping options are available at check out. International orders will usually ship USPS International First Class or UPS dependent on weight & size.

Unfortunately, we can only ship to P.O. Boxes via economy shipping.

Tracking information will be provided when your order when it is dispatched.

*Domestic USA Addresses only UK ORDERS Currently we are unable to ship to the United Kingdom due to the change in VAT regulations. Please visit our Etsy store to place your order: www.thelettermanco.etsy.com CUSTOMS CHARGES International orders are subject to customs, local duties and taxes. Payment of applicable duties, taxes and other fees is the customer's responsibility.  SALES TAX We are required to charge sales tax on all States that require it.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We are unable to provide a discount or refund for delayed orders unless the package has been lost or stolen in the mail. Custom, personalized and sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refund or exchange.

If you do need to return or exchange an item you can return full-price, unused merchandise in its original packaging with all tags attached. In stock items (not personalized or sale) are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of receipt. E-mail hello@thelettermanco.com for return instructions.

All orders (including overseas orders) will be refunded in USD. The Letterman Co is not responsible for any variations in exchange rates between the time of purchase and refund.
