INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE OF MAINLAND USA + U.K.)
We aim to ship orders within 3-5 business days*. We may use an alternate delivery service for larger packages.
In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and ship it as soon as it arrives back in stock.
Tracking information for your purchase will be provided. If insurance is not purchased, The Letterman Co is not responsible for damage or loss after shipping.
Please double check your shipping address. The Letterman Co will not be responsible for lost or misdirected packages due to incorrect addresses.
*Subject to availability. Most items ship from USA & U.K, refer to item listing for details.
International orders are subject to customs, local duties and taxes. Payment of applicable duties, taxes and other fees is the customer's responsibility. Please note that due to high incidences of Internet fraud, we will ship Internationally at our discretion.
We are required to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to California addresses.
Returns & Exchanges
If you do need to exchange an item, or if you are in any way unsatisfied with your order you can return full-price, unused merchandise in its original packaging with all tags attached. It is eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of receipt**. E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org for return instructions.
When we receive the returned merchandise, you will be issued a refund or exchange for the amount of your order, minus the original shipping and handling fees. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and you must pay to ship your item back to us.
**Custom orders and sale items are FINAL SALE.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service as proof of delivery, please retain proof of delivery. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery and all goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are returned and received by The Letterman Co.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund the cost of the return postage unless otherwise agreed.
All orders (including overseas orders) will be refunded in USD. The Letterman Co is not responsible for any variations in exchange rates between the time of purchase and refund.
